1. Is the country flag correct?
Make sure the location service is enabled in your settings.
If the flag is not correct, log out of the app. On the on-boarding page you can reselect your country from our list.
2. Is the phone number correct?
If boons do not recognize your number, then make sure you enter valid (10 digits) phone number.
3. I am getting a network error.
Make sure your phone’s network connection is set up correctly.
If you are using data, make sure boons has access in settings to “cellular data”.
4. I didn’t receive the 4-digit verification code.
Click on the resend icon to request the verification code again. The new code will be sent as a text message to complete the verification.
5. I am getting a message to contact an administrator for assistance.
Contact your organization administration to ensure you were registered in the system or send us an email by clicking the “Contact Us” button below.
