Troubleshooting in selecting a ride


  1. I am unable to see my current location in the home screen.
    • Make sure the locations services are enabled in your settings for the boons app.

  2. I am unable to see the home screen.
    • Log out and close the app, then reopen the app and sign back into your account..

  3. I am unable to see my current location in the search screen.
    • Check if location service settings are enabled for the boons app in your device. If not, enable it and restart the boons app.

  4. I am unable to see the map on the Rate Compare screen.
    • Check the data connection availability and location services settings for the app. If not, please send an email to support@boons.io with source/destination information and timestamp.

  5. I am unable to see supported (Uber and Lyft) products in the different categories.
    • The products listing depends on multiple factors from providers. If the problem persists for different times of days and locations, please do send details to support@boons.io for our team to work on your issue.

  6. I am getting “No rides available” error.
    • This could mean the providers don’t have available drivers near the source location. Please try again after 5 mins.
