Troubleshooting in requesting a ride
- After clicking on request button the provider (Uber/Lyft etc) app is not shown.
The boons app is frozen.
- Are you getting a Network error?
- Check the network connection and request the ride again.
After clicking the request button, I am unable to see the Uber/Lyft website.
- Please try the steps in order to recover : -
- - Please make sure your device has latest iOS version.
- - Close all the apps from the background.
- - Power off your device and restart it after 30 sec.
- - Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Please check the network connection in the device.
