Troubleshooting in requesting a ride


  1. After clicking on request button the provider (Uber/Lyft etc) app is not shown.

    • Are you getting a Network error?
    • Check the network connection and request the ride again.

  2. The boons app is frozen.
    • Please try the steps in order to recover : -

      • - Please make sure your device has latest iOS version.
      • - Close all the apps from the background.
      • - Power off your device and restart it after 30 sec.
      • - Uninstall and reinstall the app.

  3. After clicking the request button, I am unable to see the Uber/Lyft website.
    • Please check the network connection in the device.
