- Is the current country flag correct?
Is the phone number correct?
- - Make sure the locations services are enabled in your settings.
- - If the flag is not correct, log out of the app. On the onboarding page you can reselect your country from our list.
I am getting a network error.
- If boons does not recognize your number then make sure you enter valid(10 digits) phone number.
I did not receive the 4-digit verification code.
- - Make sure your phone’s network connection is set up correctly.
- - If you are using data, make sure boons has access in settings to “cellular data”.
- Click on the resend icon to request the verification code again. The new code will be sent as a text message to complete the verification .
