Troubleshooting


  1. Is the current country flag correct?

    • - Make sure the locations services are enabled in your settings.

    • - If the flag is not correct, log out of the app. On the onboarding page you can reselect your country from our list.

  2. Is the phone number correct?

    • If boons does not recognize your number then make sure you enter valid(10 digits) phone number.

  3. I am getting a network error.

    • - Make sure your phone’s network connection is set up correctly.

    • - If you are using data, make sure boons has access in settings to “cellular data”.

  4. I did not receive the 4-digit verification code.

    • Click on the resend icon to request the verification code again. The new code will be sent as a text message to complete the verification .
